In the first phase of LISC.WORLD's development, the economic and business model is based on real estate development for IDEON (I) Investors.

Cash machine - cash flows are generated through the realization of IDEON development projects. Vertically integrated model integrates the supply chain from production to delivery to the end consumer. Investor attraction and sales are carried out through own sales - Direct-to-consumers, Distribution - a wide distribution network to ensure the availability of products and Affiliate marketing stimulating a network of partners working on a commission basis.
 

In this direction, the main goal is to attract investors willing to finance the creation of residential or commercial IDEONs at the design or construction stage with the condition of 100% prepayment. This allows LISC.WORLD to reinvest its profits faster in further development of its own development projects, IT elements of LIS and marketing. This model assumes a high level of profitability for the category of "Investors" with an average Unique IDEON passive yield of 16% per annum WITHOUT taking into account income from the COMMERCIAL USE of IDEON.

CREATION of LIS Multi-sided platform 

In the second phase of LISC.WORLD development, the economic and business model is based on real estate development for IDEON (B) Buyers and the creation of LIS Multi-sided platform and development of Lock-In model.

Here the main focus is on building IDEONs for subsequent sale to end buyers. Financing is realized by investing in construction from LISC.WORLD's profits, and revenues are generated through the sale of completed units. This provides LISC.WORLD with the ability to use the production resources and international financial instruments of LISC.WORLD's partners to minimize its own development costs. Buyers in this category are exposed to less risk, accordingly, the offered yield is lower - about 10% per annum.  
 

Inclusion of Lock-In model. By paying a regular passive yield to IDEON, lisc.world creates "dependence" of clients on the company's products and services through the creation of an ecosystem. Acting on the hybrid concept of Razor/Blade, Multi-brand we sell the main product of IDEON at its maximum competitive market price and gradually introduce related services according to the concept - the quality is higher than competitors and the price is lower, then we strive to increase the quality of IDEON all the time, and optimize the price up to subsidies, while additional services also optimize the price for quality, i.e. we strive to become a monopolist of the market and transform competition into a partnership on the concept of "blue ocean".
